Our Story

West Coast Health Construction was founded in search of alternative healing methods by one of the founders for chronic back pain.

After having dealt with numerous health practitioners and still experiencing the pain and discomfort, it was suggested that a sauna might be a viable solution to explore. The best part of doing the research was realizing that the health benefits arising from sauna usage were backed up by hard science, and were not merely anecdotes. And so, I went out to give it a try, and it worked!

I was not very impressed with the cleanliness of dry saunas at the local rec centers, and the available drop in sessions at spas became cost prohibitive. And so, I started searching for a better solution. After noticing the improvement in my health, I wanted to find a way help others realize the benefits for themselves as well, while in the comfort of their own homes. Alas, the West Coast Sauna Company was born.

Society has moved away from traditional methods in search of quick pharmaceutical solutions. However, infrared therapy provides people with a healthy alternative to prescription medication and invasive procedures.
